| 摘 要： | 论述开发成功某新产品时，正确应用工程力学基本理论，通过对关键机构的受力分析，解决生产中的难题；又对其中一个部件的设计，采用科学的截面形状及整个构件的稳定性结构，使它自身具备应有的力学功能，从而提高了产品的装配质量和工效，制造工艺可靠。它与以往各类产品比较，结构新颖强度高。它在生产中应用，深受用户欢迎。获得国家专利（９４２０１１９５．３）。这些工程技术性问题，对其它工程实践项目有其直接的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the application of base theory of engineering mechanics has been discussed in developing a certain new product. The analysis through key mechanism is subjected to force, its problem of productive difficulty has been overcome' The stability of all structure and scientific section of another part have been of optimum design.The product possesses oneself of mechanics function, high quality and high work efficiency, and is reliable in technology. It is shown to be of a novel structure, and its strength is higher than that of the past produce of all kinds. It will be received by consumers in use for production. Therefore, it has won the state patent. These technological matters have been of direct meaning for another engineering. |
