论复杂性科学视域中的高校突发公共事件

为了建设平安校园,必须正确应对高校突发公共事件。从复杂性科学的角度重新定义高校突发公共事件,并阐述了其特征和内涵,分析了高校突发公共事件的复杂成因,最后指出将高校建成具有学习能力的复杂适应系统能够有效应对高校突发公共事件。

On Unexpected Public Events in Colleges from the View of Complex Science

In order to construct a peaceful campus,we must deal properly with public emergency in colleges.I try to redefine the concept of public emergency in colleges,elaborating its characters and contents,and analys the complex causes of public emergency in colleges from the perspective of complex science.At last,I think that turning colleges to be a CAS(complex adaptive system) can deal with public emergency effectively.
