| 摘 要： | 社会主义建设总路线、"大跃进"和人民公社,在上世纪五六十年代被称为"三面红旗"。中共韶关地委按照中央和省委的部署,在推行"三面红旗"过程中,虽然为韶关全面建设社会主义打开了一个新的局面,但由于决策本身产生的失误和执行过程中发生的偏差,使韶关的经济建设和社会发展不仅没有达到预期的目的,反而遭受到重大挫折。

| Abstract: | In 1950s and 1960s, the General Line for Socialist Construction, the Great Leap Forward and the People＇s Communes are known as the Three Red Banners. According to the plan of Central and Provincial Party Committee, Shaoguan had been improved in comprehensive construction of socialism, but it failed to reach the expected goal, unexpectedly, it suffered major setbacks because the wrong decisions and execution deviation. |
