| Abstract: | This paper briefly stated the distribution of modern textile industry bases of China and their proportions according to the productive scale. The paper explored facts about formation of morden textile industry of China from four fields which were natural environment, important incidents in morden history, famous figures ardent for textile industry, and influence of foreign technique and fund. |
