| Abstract: | The farm land appraisal is an inevitable of the land managment practice and social economic development now. It is the demanding work that should be done promptly in the case. On the basis of historical retrospect of the farm land, this paper emphatically discuss the farm land appraisal study in hotspot, practice and existent problems. At last, the paper put forward to study foreground of the farm land. |
