摘    要:通过对磨削后工件表面层微观状态及其特征的分析,确定其特征参数以及该参数与材料表面声参数的关系。利用声显微镜可测出V(z)曲线,由此可对磨削表面变质层进行评估。

Abstract:This paper deals with the microstate of the ground surface of a workpiece and its texture. The relation between the characteristic parameter of grinding layer microstate and the acoustic parameters of material surface is provided with the way of analyses. By means of the acoustic microscope the characteristic V(z)can be measured out. Thus, The damaged layer on the ground surface of a workpiece can be valued.
