| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法对经病理证实的28例甲状腺癌的超声图像特征进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺癌多数具有边界不规则、不清晰，单发的实性低回声结节，内部微粒状钙化及血流高速高阻等特征性表现。结论高频超声诊断甲状腺癌敏感性高，其声像图较具特征。
