本科生导师制对学生学习素质的影响

摘    要:目的:通过对选导师与未选导师地的同学进行多项指标的比较,分析我院实行本科生导师制以来在学生学习素质培养方面取得的成效和存在的不足,为更好地开展导师制提供参考。方法:对连续5个年级被指导的学生各方面的情况进行统计分析。结果:有导师指导的同学在科研能力、论文发表、英语过级、考研等方面均有明显优势。结论:本科生导师制在学生学习素质培养方面起到积极作用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the achievements and shortcomings since the tutorial system for undergraduates has been implemented in the faculty of pharmacy through multiple comparisons between students who have been guided and those who have not,and so as to provide information for further development the tutorial system for undergraduates.Methods: A statistical analysis of different situation about students was made.Results: Those students who have been guided had obvious advantages in the following aspects: research ability,paper publishing,English proficiency and examinations of postgraduate and so on.Conclusion: The tutorial system for undergraduates plays a positive role in students’ quality of learning.
