摘    要:本文以状态空间形式推导了单级和多级齿轮传动系动态过程和稳定性的计算方法,讨论了多级齿轮传动系统中联接轴扭转刚度和各级齿轮啮合刚度的相位组合对系统动态的影响.并以遥测技术在齿轮动载实验台上测试了齿轮传动中的齿根动应力过程,验证了理论计算的正确性。

Abstract:In this paper the dynamic behavior of gear system with single or multistages was investigated by using the state-space method. The influence of the torsion stiffness of connecting shafts and the phase combination of meshing stiffness on the dynamic behavior of these systems were revealed. The accuracy of the calculated results are proved by the experiment on the gear test stand.
