摘    要:为了探索高放废物的处理方式,笔者用固相合成法制备了K2O.4TiO2晶须,并以该物质作为载体,研究在不同介质、不同温度下与锶的离子交换情况和浸出性能。利用XRD,SEM对载体的物相和形貌进行了表征,利用ICP-AES测定离子交换量和浸出量。结果表明:控制合适的条件可以合成具有高长径比的四钛酸钾晶须;载体的交换量随着交换温度的提高而增大,在实验条件下交换量最高可达93%;交换后进行高温固定是必要的,最佳焙烧温度为500℃,交换样品在整个pH值范围内都具有较低的浸出率。

Abstract:In order to separate Sr~(2+) from the high irradiation waste,potassium tetratitanate whisker as ion-exchanger was synthesized by solid phase method.The ion exchange capacity for strontium was tested and their stabilities were studied.X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy(SEM) were used to study the crystal phases and the morphology.Exchanging and leaching amounts were tested by ICP-AES under different media and temperatures.The result indicated that the potassium tetratitanate fiber can be prepared by solid phase method,the exchanging rate is improved as the temperature increases,the maximal exchanging rate reaches to 93%,the immobility treatment is necessary,and the feasible immobile temperature is 500 ℃.The immobilized material is stable in the whole pH range.
