| Abstract: | The thesis puts forward a set of methods to recognize paper currency. The system censists of computer software and hardware including scanning head and sensor matrix. The type of paper currency is recognized by neural networks with the design samples of paper currency via sensors. The methods are proved effectively and correctly by experiments and computer simulation. |
