处理生产液体硫化亮绿废水的最佳工艺探讨

摘    要:根据生产液体硫化亮绿工厂提供的废水,经曝气脱硫、正交试验选择最佳混凝条件,再经碱析和煤渣吸附,使高色度(25000倍)、高硫化物(327mg/l)、高COD(6440mg/l)、高BOD5(3786mg/l)的废水达到直接排放标准.利用本文提供的工艺还对液体硫化黑、硫化蓝、硫化艳绿等的生产废水进行处理,均获得较好效果.

Abstract:The liquid C. I.Sulphur dyes which has been used in nowdays in our country brought serious problem on waste water which drained off from a factory would do great harm to the people's health and the water shouldn't be drained away until being treatedt to satisfy with the standard.The aeration method is used and then the best condition of coagulation is picked out by perpendicular method. After being separted out by NaOH and adsorbed by cinder, the high-sulphide,COD, BOD and the colourity of the waste water will be satisfacted with stardard of draining.
