聚乙酸乙烯酯与异氰酸酯反应的研究

摘    要:分别用溶液和乳液聚合方法制备了聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)及聚乙酸乙烯酯(PVAc)与丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)的共聚物,用凝胶色谱(GPC)、核磁共振谱(1HNMR)和红外光谱(IR)等表征了所得聚合物;研究了它们与4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的固化反应,详细考察了HEA和MDI的比例对PVAc剥离强度的影响.结果表明:少量HEA加入后剥离强度有所提高,固化时间略延长;加入固化剂MDI后剥离强度大幅度提高,且随MDI比例增加而增大.提出水、聚乙烯醇和HEA中的不同羟基与MDI反应存在活性梯度是本实验成功的基础.

Abstract:Polyvinyl acretate(PVAc) and copolymer of polyvinyl acretate and hydroxyethyl acrylate(PVAc-HEA) were respectively synthesized by solvent polymerization and emulsion polymerization;the structures of resultant polymers were characterized by GPC,~1 HNMR and IR.The reactions of PVAc and PVAc-HEA with diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI) were also investigated.The influence of HEA and MDI ratio on PVAc adhesive strength was mainly discussed.The results showed that the adhesive strength of modified PVAc was enhanced by adding a little of HEA,however the cured time was lengthened.When a little amount of curing agent MDI was added to the PVAc adhesive system,the adhesive strength raised more with the concentration of MDI.The hypothesis put forward is that there were living reactive grads between the reactions of different hydroxyl with MDI,which was the base of this experiment.
