The Prevention and Control of Europe Football Hooliganism

The article researches the strategies against football hooligans adopted by European countries by using the method of documents.The research shows that as an extreme expression of the football fans,hooliganism has its own social,cultural and psychological causes.It should be a long-term work which need a lot of cooperation.The prevention of football hooligans should be conducted not only on the basis of strategies but also cultural factors.Thus,the measurements could be effective.
