| 摘 要： | 本文利用网络理论分析微波定向耦合器的特点,得出设计微波定向耦合器集成电路设计的基本步骤,并根据定向耦合器的设计要求,编制出带状线定向耦合器和微带线定向耦合器的设计程序,采用计算机进行辅助设计。最后,给出了设计实例。实验证明,本程序是有效和实用的。
