等热流边界条件下扭曲方管内流动与传热特性数值分析

摘    要:用数值方法对处于等热流边界条件下的扭曲方管内层流流动与传热特性进行研究.结果表明:流体的平均努塞尔数和阻力系数主要受扭率和雷诺数的影响.在同一扭率下,管内的平均努塞尔数随着雷诺数的增大而增加,阻力系数随雷诺数的增大而减小;在同一雷诺数下,管内的平均努塞尔数和阻力系数随着扭率的增大而减小.不同扭率和雷诺数时,扭曲方管的强化传热指标均〉1,证明扭曲方管具有强化传热的作用.

Abstract:The characteristics of laminar fluid flow and heat transfer in twisted square ducts under the uniform heat flux boundary conditions are investigated by a numerical method.The results show that:the average Nusselt number and friction factor are affected by the twisted ratio and the Reynolds number.When the twisted ratio is constant,the Nusselt number increases with the increasing Reynolds number while the friction factor decreases with it.When the Reynolds number is constant,the Nusselt number and the friction factor decrease with the increasing twisted ratio.Under different twisted ratios and Reynolds numbers,the heat transfer enhancement criteria of twisted square ducts are always greater than 1,which indicates that the twisted square duct can enhance the heat transfer.
