长序狼尾草种子萌发生理的研究

摘    要:用BTB法测得长序狼尾草种子生活力为72.08%;在所测时期内盆栽试验的发芽率在7%-43%之间:种子无休眠期或休眠期很短:种子属喜暗种子:发芽率与播种至初始萌发的日均温具有正相关性;并初步探讨了生活力与发芽率不相符合的原因。

Abstract:The results show that the seed viability of Pennisetum lengissimum is 72.08% through BTB method and that the germinating fates are among 7%~43% at the time of the pot experiments. There is no or few period of dormancy in the seed of Pennisetum longissimum. Its germinaion is better in dark than in ligh. The germinating rate is positively correlated with the daily average temperature from sowing to germinating. The higher the temperature is, the higher the germinating rate is at the time of the pot tests. The linear regression equation isy= -11 .985 3+4.232 4x (2.83 < x < 26.46) if the daily mean temperature of the light penetrating group is called independent variate x and the correspondent germination rate is called dependent variate y. Furthermore, it is preliminarily researched that there exists significant difference between the seed viability and the germinating rate.
