高性能沥青路面混合料初始沥青用量的预估

摘    要:对美国高性能沥青路面(Superpave)混合料体积设计规范中初始沥青用量的预估方法进行分析后发现:根据其在我国工程实践中计算得到的混合料初始沥青用量与试验得到的最佳沥青用量仍有一定误差.通过对Superpave不同最大公称粒径级配Sup-25,Sup-19,Sup-16和Sup-12.5试验数据的分析,对规范中预估公式中的系数提出了修正,并从矿料间隙率(VMA)的定义出发,考虑不同最大公称粒径对VMA的不同要求,提出了一种新的Superpave混合料初始沥青用量的预估方法和公式.

Abstract:After analyzing the method to estimate initial asphalt binder content for Superpave that is suggested in Standard Specification for Superpave Volumetric Mix Design,the error between initial asphalt binder content for Superpave calculated with the specification's formulas and the optimum asphalt binder content decided by tests was found in practice of projects in China. Based on the test results of different Superpave gradation with different nominal maximum grain size such as Sup-25,Sup-19,Sup-16 and Sup-12.5,the modifed coefficient for the specification's formulas was put forwarded. And a new method and formulas to estimate initial asphalt binder content for Superpave was put forwarded based on the definition and different criterion of VMA(voids in mineral aggregate) with different nominal maximum grain size.
