现代医学的目标不再局限于医治疾病,已由医疗扩展到医疗与预防并举,进而发展到以增进健康,提高生命质量为目标.为了加强高校的疾病预防机制,应采取综合措施:门诊获取详实的临床资料,坚持符合法规的预防疫苗接种工作,积极开展师生体检,做好校园环境卫生和食品卫生的监督,开展形式多样的健康卫生教育宣传活动,积极开展全民健身运动,建立良好的生活方式,改变不良嗜好,提高抗病能力;对亚健康人群进行保健指导,加强心理健康教育;同时,提高校医的业务技术.

A Tentative Study of the Strategies in Strengthening Sickness Prevention

Going beyond the treatment,modern medicine develops from combining treatment and prevention to aiming at improving health and life quality.To reinforce the mechanism of sickness prevention in the university would involve comprehensive preventive measures as follows:first,to obtain rich and accurate clinic data through outpatient service;second,to insist in legal preventive vaccination;third,to run an active physical examination among the faculty and students;fourth, to make a good supervision of campus environmental health and foods sanitation;fifth,to launch various sorts of propaganda of health and sanitation so that the whole people could take gymnastic activities;sixth,to help people form good living habits and break bad ones,with the result of inproving their disease resistance.In addition,it is necessary to direct the sub-healthy people to enhance their mental health education.Last but not the least,it is critical to improve the medical skills of the medical staff at campus hospital.
