| 摘 要： | 用静态法研究了果糖、葡萄糖及果糖－葡萄糖混合溶液的吸附相平衡关系，发现在实验范围内吸附等温线是线性的；研究了连续环状色谱（ＣＡＣ）对果糖－葡萄糖的分离性能；测定了不同操作条件下果葡萄糖在连续环状色谱上的流出曲线，建立了数学模型以进行理论预测，模型与实验结果吻合较好。

| Abstract: | The adsorption isotherms for fructose, glucose and fructose_glucose mixture were studied by static method. Linear equilibrium relationships were obtained in the experimental conditions. The separation properties of continuous annular chromatography (CAC) on fructose_glucose were studied too. For different operation conditions, chromatograms of fructose_glucose mixture on CAC were measured. A mathematical model was developed to predict theoretically. It was shown that the model was very fit with experimental results. |
