| 摘 要： | 在社会经济环境变迁的过程中，许多行业的传统价值链因受到较大的冲击而产生了分解与重组的现象。以邮政行业的价值链为例，探讨了如何在价值链的变化过程中实现经营战略的改进以及政府如何通过调整政策来适应行业的发展。

| Abstract: | IN the course of the transition of the social and economic environment, the traditional value chain of many trades has been decomposed and re-combined because of receiving bigger impact. Taking the value chain of the post trade as the example, this paper probes into how to realize the improvement of the operational strategies and how the government to fit in with the development of the trade through adjusting the policies in the course of the variation of the value chain. |
