蜜丸自动裹包工艺及设备设计

设计了由一条主线和一条辅线组成的蜜丸自动裹包工艺流程。本工艺实现了以蜡纸为包装材料的６～９ｇ蜜丸机械化内包装。提出的预防操作概念使有害工况在形成之前被及时遏制，保证了自动裹包过程的连续进行。提出的压持式单端扭结工艺和托式运丸工艺使扭结后的纸头矮小，便于后续包装，并保证了蜜丸外表圆整光滑，符合药典要求。实施本工艺的裹包机达到了每分钟裹包２００～３６０丸的较高速度。为包装机械提供了一种软物的运送、裹包原理及装置。

Process and Machine Design of Honey Pill Wrap

This paper designs the automatic process of honey pill wrap which consisting the main line and the auxiliary line. This process realizes machinery internal wrap for 6～9 g honey pill using the waxed paper. It advances a conception of preventive operation for the prevention of accidents that is formed previous to the accidents to ensure the operation of the automatic process continuously. And advances the techniques of the extrusion form single-sided tangle up and the hold form transport, which ensures the paper head short and small after wrapping for the convenience of the next package and the smooth surface, and it is in accord with the demands of pharmacopoeia. The process of the wrapping machine reaches a higher wrapping speed of 200～360 pill/min. This paper advances the transportation, the wrapping mechanism and the devices of soft substance for packaging.
