摘    要:人才问题历来被政治家和思想家所重视。社会事业的改革和推进,固然需要很多条件,但人才是其中首要的条件,是治国之根本。我国古代的思想家提出了种种治国措施和人才思想,形成了丰富而深刻的人才观。这些人以为本,选贤任能的思想,以于今天现代化事业的顺利推进有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Human resource is an issue historically emphasizied by politicians and thinkers.The advancement and reformation of social causes demand many conditions,the promary of which is human resources.It is the basis on which a nation is governed.Ancient Chinese thinkers put forward many wise nation\|governing proposals and opinions about human resource management,and established rich and deep human resource theories.Their opinions about emphasizing on human talents and promoting talents based on capabilities are still of certain referential value for today's modernization drive.
