| 摘 要： | 选取实验室盆栽月见草幼苗,对其进行培养,当其生长到5~6片真叶时进行干旱胁迫.结果表明,干旱胁迫组植株比正常植株的游离脯氨酸含量高,而且随着胁迫时间的增加,游离脯氨酸的含量也随之增加.

| Abstract: | The sprout of Oenothera biennis were potted plant in terms of laboratory, the sprout were handled under drought stress when they have 5 - 6 leaves. The results indicated that the contents of free proline of drought stress plants is higher than the normal groups, the contents of free proline is also higher with the creasing of the time of dry. |
