| 摘 要： | 心理因素在各类体育比赛中已成为不可忽视的环节，在乒乓球教学比赛中也是如此。找到不良情绪的根源并且用行之有效的方法解决，既有利于打乒乓球的技术水平的提高，又有助于学生在生活中处理和解决各种困难．时于教学比赛中所产生的心理障碍进行分析，说明心理障碍在教学比赛中所产生的危害，以度找出有效的解决方法。

| Abstract: | Psychological factors have become an unneglectable parts in various pP. matches, so it is in the table tennis teaching matches. To find out the source of the bad emotions and to use effective ways to solve the problems are not only good for improving table tennis skills but also helpful to the students to deal with variable difficulties that they meet in their lives. Through the analysis of the factors that appear in the teaching matches, this article tries to illustrate these Psychological factors are harmful and tries to find out effective ways to overcome them. |
