万能孔型中带张力轧制H型钢的研究

摘    要:本文对万能孔型中带张力轧制H型钢进行了理论分析和实验研究,理论分析采用刚塑性有限元中的可压缩法;总泛函中考虑了张力功率和速度不连续面上的剪切功率;迭代求解时采用黄金分割法沿牛顿方向上进行一维搜索,加快了计算的收敛速度,理论计算得到的宽展,前滑、平均单位压力、轧制力矩等参数均与实验结果符合较好。

Abstract:Theoretical and experimental studies have been made for the process of rolling H-stocks under tensions on an universal mill. Using the shearing rate of work on then surfaces of velocity discontinuity and the tensional rate of work are taken into account when computing the total functional. During itrative solution, use is made of the golden section method for making an one-dimensional search along the Newton direction so as to save computing time. The computed results such as spread, forward slip,roll pressure and roll torque are in good agreement with experiment.
