摘    要:理论分析和实验检测两方面的研究都证明晶体粒子超微化和晶格结构的微应变能使X射线的衍射峰变宽.这种使衍射峰变宽的现象被称为超微粒子的(?)化效应.利用X射线衍射仪对衍射峰的纯衍射宽度定量测定,可对超微粒子的粒径大小和晶格微应变的程度作定量地分析.并可进一步研究γ-三氧化二铁超微粉粒径与磁性能的关系.

Abstract:Both theoretic researches and practice measurement show that ultramicro particle size and lattice strain are able to broaden diffraction line. The broadening of diffraction line is called broadening effect. The true diffraction width of diffraction line was measured by using X-Ray Diffractometer, and it can be attained to determinate ultramicro particle size and lattice strain. Then the relation between magnetic characteristic and particle size of y-Fe2O3 ultramicro powder may be studied.
