| 摘 要： | 随着高职教育的迅速扩大，大批青年教师进入高职教师队伍，高职教育对教师的实际动手能力的要求，往往使刚踏入教师行列的青年教师在实践教学中处于被动局面，本文通过对组建一支青年教师技能团队的研究来找到迅速提高青年老师动手能力的有效途径。
