20MnSi钢静态再结晶模型及其在棒材热连轧中的应用

摘    要:开发出20MnSi钢的静态再结晶数学模型,与实测相比该模型不但具有较高的精度,而且与棒材热连轧时变形奥氏体的再结晶规律符合得较好;本文阐述了该模型在控制轧后铁素体的晶体大小及轧制力能参数预报等方面在生产实际中的成功运用。

Abstract:This paper has developed a model of static recrystallization for 20MnSi steel.Compared with actual value,the model has not only a high precision,but also preferably corresponds to the austenitic recrystallization in deformed processing of the hot continuous rolling of bars for this steel.It has been described of the successful use in practice on controlled the grain size of ferrite after rolling and the prediction of rolling force.
