全燃高炉煤气锅炉的优化设计

摘    要:高炉煤气作为二次能源用于锅炉 ,存在着燃烧不稳定等问题。通过将炉膛分成强燃区和传热区、把烧嘴放在炉膛下部、建立储气罐、采用布袋除尘器等优化设计 ,可使全燃高炉煤气锅炉安全、有效地工作。

Abstract:Blast furnace gas can be used in boiler as reclaimable energy,but boiler which completely burning blast furnace gas has the problem of burning instability.The paper deals with the optimizing design of the completely burning blast furnace gas boiler.We can make it work safer and more effectively through the optimizing designing measure such as deviding the hearth of it into two parts:strong burning section and transmit heat section,building a gas storage pot,putting the burner on the lower part of the hearth,using hop pocket dust catcher to refine blast furnace gas and so on.
