| 摘 要： | 棒材热轧后穿水冷却可以在棒材表面形成回火马氏体 ,提高钢筋性能。本文利用通用有限元软件计算热轧棒材穿水冷却的温降历程。使用通用软件比传统自编软件省时省力 ,快捷方便 ,后处理能力强 ,能提供棒材内部的温度分布情况。

| Abstract: | A thin layer of tamper martensite can be formed on the bar's face through cool water after hot rolling,its propety being enhanced,the bar's temperature calculated by ANSYS may compile the program simply and fastly,saving time,effort and energy ANSYS is very powerful in post proceeding which can give the distribution of the bar's temperature anywhere. |
