| 摘 要： | 了解太行山猕猴远侧段指趾骨长度排序和性差特征.对远侧段指骨(17例)和趾骨(19例)长度进行测量.运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析.结果表明,太行山猕猴远侧段指趾骨长度变量在侧别之间无显著差异(P0.05);大部分变量在性别之间差异显著(P0.05);远侧段指骨的长度排序为3,4521;远侧段趾骨的长度排序为3,42,51.产生性差的主要原因是出生前后体内性激素水平变化.

| Abstract: | Objective: to find out the sex differences and orderings in the bone lengths of distal phalange of fingers and toes in Macaca mulatta from the Taihang mountains.Methods: The bone lengths of 17 distal phalange of fingers and 19 distal phalange of toes are measured.The ANOVA is employed by means of SPSS 13.0 for windows to study their dimorphism and ordering.Results: There are sex differences among the bone lengths of distal phalange of fingers or toes in Macaca mulatta(P<0.05),but the lengths are similar on the two hand and foot(P>0.05).The ordering of the bone length is 3,4>5>2>1 for the distal phalange of fingers,and the ordering is 3,4>2,5>1 for the distal phalange of toes.The reasons for sex differences might be related with the gene adjustment and the antenatal hormone.. |
