| 摘 要： | 本文在调查研究了唐山市海岸带地区1984年以来农业开发现状的基础上,着重分析了由于农业开发引起的生态环境恶化、海挡失修、开发配套项目不合理、养虾投资大、占用农贷资金多、综合效益差等方面的问题,提出了进一步搞好海岸带开发的指导思想及建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation of the present situation of the agricultural development of the coastland in Tangshan since 1984, this article had mainly analyzed some problems caused by the agricultural development, such as the deterioration of ecological onvronment, disrepair of sea walls, the irrationality in developing the necessary projects, much money used, in raising shrimps, the occuption of more funds for agricultural loans, less comprehensive benefit and so on.This article raised the guiding ideology and suggestions of the development of the coastland. |
