| 摘 要： | 本文从滚刀加工时每一刀齿磨损量不均匀的现实出发,论证了滚刀轴向移位法对提高滚刀使用寿命的可行性。通过试验及理论分析,给出了移位量及其使用范围,提出了移位量计算公式及必要的算例,表格和线图。

| Abstract: | The wear of every cutter tooth is inhomogeneous,when hobes are used to work parts.In this paper,the authors prove the feasibility and effe- et of the axial direction shifting method to improve the service life of hobs.By way of practice,tests and the theoretic analyses,the authors indicate the shifting amount and the application of axial direction shift- ing method and also suggest the coleulating formula of shifting amount wi- th some necessary examples,tables and curves. |
