懒猴和树的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳和光电扫描仪对懒猴和树的心、肌、肝,肾、肠、脾、肺、血的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶进行了分析,结果表明,除懒猴肝脏仅显示3条酶带和树血液显示4条酶带以外,两种动物所有被测的其它器官组织均有5条酶带;不同种的同一器官组织,同一物种的不同器官组织,各酶带的相对百分含量绝大多数都显著不同.表现了种属特异性和组织特异性.同时,计算了血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶A、B亚基的相对百分含量,并与人、猴、小白鼠已知血清参数进行了比较,发现A亚基的百分比值:小白鼠>树(>懒猴>猴>人,表明亚基的百分含量与动物的进化有关.

Abstract:By Means of Polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis and optical electron scanner, we have analysed the Lactate Dehydrogenase ( LDH) isozyme in the tissues of heart, muscle, liver, kidneys, intestines, spleen, lungs, and blood of Nycticebus coucang bengalensis and Tupaia belangeri chinensis. The result is that except the liver of Nycticebus coucang bengalensis shows three isozyme bands, and the blood of Tupaia belangeri chinensis shows four isozyme bands, in all tissues and organs detected with these two animals, we find tive isozyme bands. In the same tissues and organs of different spe- . cies, or in the different tissues and orhans of the same species, the relative percentage of each isozyme band shows striking differences; thus it shows species and tissue specificities. At the same time we have computed the relative percentage of the A subunit and the B subunit of LDH isozymes in there serum, and have made a comparison of the known serum parametors between mice and monkeys and humans. We find that the percentage rate of A subunit decreases by degrees as in the following sequence: Mice > Tupaia belangeri chinensis> Nycticebus coiucang bengalensis > Monkeys > Human beings. It shows that the percentage of the subunit has relation to the evolution of animals.
