| 摘 要： | 为解决采煤机螺旋滚筒设计以手工分析、计算为主,设计效率低、设计质量因设计者而异的问题,通过对专家系统关键技术的分析与研究,借鉴专家的经验和设计实例,以VB6.0为编写平台,采用模块化思想,自下而上地建立了采煤机螺旋滚筒专家系统。利用该系统能快速地对螺旋滚筒结构进行设计与仿真,快速而稳定地实现了采煤机螺旋滚筒设计,保证了采煤机滚筒的设计质量和提高了设计效率,为设计高质量的采煤机奠定了基础。
