综掘巷道粉尘体积分数分布的现场实测与数值模拟

摘    要:为了掌握粉尘的分布规律,设计安装有效的除尘系统,采用现场实测的方法对粉尘体积分数进行了实际测定,并采用流体力学软件FLUENT,对综掘隧道的粉尘体积分数分布进行了三维空间数值模拟,极好地验证并完善了现场研究结论。结果表明:压入式通风条件下,涡流使得小颗粒粉尘不易沉降,导致高粉尘体积分数主要分布于工作面附近,分布高度位于人的呼吸带,因此考虑采用长压短抽通风方式除尘。

Abstract:To master the law of dust distribution and accordingly remove the dust,this thesis carries out field study and numerical simulation with FLUENT,and concludes distribution regularities of dust.It is shown that vortex in forced ventilation causes small particles of dust to float,therefore leads to high dust concentrations near working face at height of breathing zone.Far-pressing-near-absorption ventilation is recommended to solve the problem.
