基于PLC的煤矿水仓水位监控系统

摘    要:为了预防矿井水灾及防止淹井事故发生等问题,针对矿井水仓水位的监测系统进行了研究。利用西门子S7-200PLC和WinCC组态软件联合开发了煤矿水仓水位监控系统,采用PROFIBUS现场总线实现了下位机与上位机PC的数据通讯。通过实验室模拟,实现了水仓水位的实时监控,该系统具有产生报警信息、实时趋势曲线、历史曲线与数据报表等功能。该系统具有自动化程度高、易扩展、工作可靠、安装简单等特点,可为煤矿排水系统的管、控、监一体化提供保证。对煤矿排水系统的监测监控具有一定的理论指导意义与实用参考价值。
