| 摘 要： | 从ＰＴ２７０型烟气轮机可倾多楔径向轴瓦的设计要求出发，对轴瓦内弧、背弧的工艺尺寸进行计算，并分析其加工难点，制定了合理的加工方案，设计出相应的车内、外偏心夹具，最终保证了零件设计要求．

| Abstract: | The technological dimension and machining difficulty of outer and inner diameter of bearings are calculated and analyzed according to the design requirement of tilting journal bearings for PT270 gas expander.A reasonable machining plan is worked out, and eccentric jigs inside and outside the machine tool and designed,and the design requirements of machine parts are finally guaranteed. |
