| 摘 要： | 加强东北经济区（东北三省同内蒙古东部地区）的区域经济协作，是应对区域经济一体化大趋势的必然选择，也是市场经济条件下区域经济发展的内在客观要求。通过分析“泛珠三角”“长三角”区域经济协作运行机制，根据东北三省和内蒙古的实际，提出了构建东北经济区区域经济协作的信息交互机制、利益补偿机制、评价激励机制、行为约束机制等。强调在加强合作机制创新，打造东北经济共同体，区域合作机制创新中要实现三个转变和五大构建方案。
