| 摘 要： | 通过对风险企业整体收益最大化与风险企业家出于个人利益最大化两种情况的比较,分析了风险企业家的努力程度随风险投资家的管理监控而变化的情况,以及在此基础上对风险企业的收益的影响,认为风险企业家的努力程度对风险投资家管理监控的敏感性处于关键性地位。最后,建立了风险企业的要素序贯投入模型,并对模型应用进行分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of two situations of entire venture business revenue maximization and venture entrepreneur individual income maximization,this article analyses the condition of changing degree of venture entrepreneur's endeavor along with the venture capitalist's management monitoring,as well as the influence towards Venture Business's revenue.At last,a sequential investment model of essentials is established. |
