钴-磷非晶合金超细微粒的制备和物性研究

摘    要:用化学反应法在水溶液中用次亚磷酸钠还原氯化钴制得了纯净的钴-磷非晶合金超细微粒.通过一系列的实验,研究了反应条件(如初始pH值、反应时间以及添加剂等)对反应产物的影响,并且对产物进行了表征.在反应的初始pH值为11和12时,制得了平均粒度为150nm的粒度相对均匀的钴-磷非晶合金超细微粒

Abstract:Co-P ultra-fine amorphous alloy particles have been prepared with chemical reaction method by reduction of cobalt chloride by Sodium Hypophosphite in aqueous solution.The effects of experament conditions such as the initial pH value of the solution,reaction time and additive on the products have been studied. The products were characterized by XRD,TEM and DSC. The results revealed that when the initial pH value in 11 and 12,the Co-Pultra-fine amorphous alloy particles with an average diameter of 150 nm can be obtained.
