摘    要:采用均相化学催化氧化技术对乙烯裂解废碱液进行了处理 ,考察了影响处理效果的各种因素 .研究结果表明 ,在反应温度为 40℃、反应时间超过 90 min、气水比 (曝气量 )为 75∶ 1 ,Mn2 + 初始浓度为 1 5 mg/L的条件下 ,S2 -的转化率可达 96%以上 .BOD5/CODcr的值可由处理前的 0 .2 1升高至 0 .5 0 .

Abstract:Homogeneous catalytic oxidization technology is used for removing sulfide from spent alkali lye of ethylene cracking, and the various factors of influencing removal efficiency are investigated. It is shown that the conversion rate of S~(2-) can reach to above 96% when reaction temperature is at 20℃, reaction time is more than 90min, aeration amount is 75∶1, and the initial concentration of Mn~(2+) is (15mg/L). The great majority of S~(2-) is oxidized into S 2O 3~(2-) and only a little of it is oxidized into SO 4~(2-). BOD 5/CODcr of treated spent alkali lye increases from 0.21 to 0.50.
