关于党史研究和党史教育的几个问题

党领导下的城乡基层组织建设史,是党史研究中较为薄弱的领域,深入研究这个问题,有利于借鉴历史经验,加强城乡基层组织建设;在党史研究中,正确对待党的历史成就和失误,有利于总结经验教训,加强党的建设,巩固党的执政地位,增强党执政的合法性基础;实事求是,是党史研究应当坚持的党性原则,也是党史研究科学性的基本要求,党史研究的党性原则和科学性是统一的;从史学角度对党史研究进行研究,总结党史研究的历史经验,有利于深化党史研究,更好地坚持党史研究的党性原则和科学性。党史教育是一门科学,要研究和把握党史教育的规律,克服党史教育中的形式主义,把党史教育和加强党的建设紧密结合起来,充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用、党员领导干部的表率作用和党员的先锋模范作用,增强党史教育的实际效果。

Several Matters of Party History Research and Party History Education

History of urban and rural grass-root Party organization construction is neglected in Party history research.Studying it deeply is beneficial to learning from historical experience and urban and rural grass-root Party organization construction.In the research of Party history,dealing with Party’s historical achievements and mistakes in a right way can give us lessons,improve Party’s construction and consolidate Party’s status;seeking truth from the fact is the principle in Party history research and the basic requirement for scientific Party history research;Studying Party history research from the angle of history and concluding historical experience of Party history research can deepen Party history research.Party history education is a science.We should study and understand the law of Party history education,abandon formalism in Party history education,combine Party history education and Party construction,make full use of Party organization’s leading role and Party cadres’and members’pioneering role to improve effect of Party history education.
