摘    要:基于导抗坏血酸定量还原Fe3+生成Fe2+的反应,以邻二氮菲为显色剂,建立了流动注射测定导抗坏血酸的新方法.方法的线性范围为0~2.0mg/l.可应用于锅炉给水除氧中异抗坏血酸的测定,结果满意.进行加标回收实验,回收率为98%~102%.

Abstract:A new FIA method for iso-ascorbic acid in boiler feed-water has been developed,based on the quantitative reduction of Fe3 to Fe2 by iso-ascorbic acid. 1. 10-phenanthroline was used asthe color reagent. The linear range for the determination of iap-ascorbic acid is 0-2. 0mg/L. Theproposed method has been applied to the determination of iso-ascorbic acid in boiler feed-water with good results. Recovery of 98% -102% was obtained for standard addition determination.
