射频等离子对聚四氟乙烯表面改性研究

摘    要:以氢气做为气源,利用射频电感耦合的方式产生等离子体,对聚四氟乙烯膜表面进行处理。处理后材料的接触角下降显著,表面能增加,润湿性得到很大提高。实验结果显示了在不同处理时间、不同功率、不同压强条件下对处理结果的影响。

Abstract:Teflon films are modified by plasma which is generated from radio frequency through hydrogen.After processing,the contact angle of the films drops significantly,the films surface energy is increased,and wettability of the films greatly are improved.The experimental result shows that the different treatment time,different power,the different condition of pressure have different effect on the results.
