电动叉车转向梯形的优化设计

摘    要:转向梯形是电动叉车转弯的关键部件,其结构和尺寸对叉车的转向性能、工作效率和机器稳定性有直接的影响。以国产某型电动叉车为例,建立了优化设计的数学模型,并对叉车的转向梯形进行了优化设计,为设计新式叉车与改进现有叉车的转向梯形机构、改善叉车性能奠定了基础。

Abstract:A changing direction trapezoid is a key part of an electrical - driven fork-lifts for making a corner in that its structure and dimensions have direct bearing on stability of the fork-lifts. A mathematical model of optimized - design is established, depending on a China - made electrical - driven fork - lift and a changing direction trapezoid is designed by means of optimized -design in the paper. Given results and conclusions lays foundation of analyzing and evaluating its design quality and working performance, improving design of a changing direction trapezoid, and perfecting the performance of the fork -lifts.
