标准化管理商业银行提高防范操作风险的能力

商业银行每年集中大量的人力、物力，采取多种方式进行业务检查，努力提高风险管理力度，但涉及银行类金融案件依然不断。每个金融案件产生的原因各不相同，但是业务操作不规范、业务检查不细致是案件发生的根本原因。文章提出业务培训标准化、业务检查标准化等工作思路，实现业务质量提高、服务质量与风险防范能力的同步提高，更为商业银行进行综合经营奠定优质的竞争基础。

Establishing a "Human-oriented" Concept of Ideological and Political Work Conscientiously Strengthening the building of Civilian Police Force

Commercial banks collects a lot of manpower and material resources and take a variety of ways to carry out business inspection each year and make efforts to improve risk management, but still there are financial cases in banks. Causes vary from case to case. The basis cause is non-standard business operations and non-careful examination. This paper puts forward business ideas such as standardization of business training and business checks and so on to improve business quality, service quality and risk prevention capacity to lay for qualified competition of integrated business in commercial banks.
