| 摘 要： | 针对航材专用性强、品种繁多、价格昂贵而航材保障经费非常有限的问题,提出航材筹措在贯彻厉行节约的原则下,综合利用统一订货、就地取给、修理和自制、回收利用和取之于敌等方法进行筹措。

| Abstract: | In view of the problem that aircraft spares is appropriate, various and extortionate and that spares support cost is limited, put forward to use reasonable methods, such as unity order, local procurement, repair and self-manufacture, recovery utilization and take from enemy and so on, to finance spares according to the principle of cost saving. |
