Tanner EDA在数字集成电路教学中的应用

摘    要:首先介绍了Tanner EDA软件的功能和特点,然后举例说明其在数字集成电路原理与设计教学中的应用。利用该软件进行数字集成电路仿真与设计教学,有利于理论与实践结合,使教学内容更具体,教学方式更直观,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣,从而取得更好的教学效果。

Abstract:The functions and features of Tanner EDA software are firstly introduced. Then we illustrate its application to the teaching of the principle and design of digital integrated circuit. Teaching digital integrated circuit based on Tanner EDA software is conducive to the combination of theory and practice. Tanner EDA makes teaching content and teaching approach more specific and more intuitive, which effectively stimulate students' interest in learning, thus achieve better teaching results.
